Brief: Refurbishment of entire floor of offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and break out rooms. Due to the Covid 19 lockdown the offices were empty, so we were able to work throughout.
”Lee Banner and Cr8 Contractors have worked with our company and carried out the refurbishment of our offices in
Blackburn since 2019. They initially completed the full modernisation of the upstairs of our offices, to include
making the area into an open plan space, with small meeting rooms, new bathroom areas, LED lighting and air
conditioning. Subsequently following the completion of this works Lee and his team have continued to modernise
the downstairs of our property, to include fit out of the Boardroom, 3 new meeting rooms and a staff area with
kitchen, with the final phase of the building currently being finished before the end of February.
In addition, we are currently looking to open a separate site in Redhill, which we have already discussed with Lee
and his team about taking on this fit out project.
All work is carried out to a very good standard, and we would have no hesitation in recommending his works.
